This is really good! I love the expression shown on the girl's face! This is really cute! I also love the detail in the butterfly. Very good! One thing I would consider is maybe making the legs on the girl a bit different. What I mean is that right now her legs are very turned in and no one's legs are that flexible unless the legs are naturally turned in or "pigeon toed". Maybe bring the right leg (the left on if you are facing the picture) a little closer to her head. That would give it a bit more proportion. Another thing I love is I really like the girls's arm. I love the bracelet and the arm band thingy. I also love the shadow you can see between her hand and face. Another thing you did which is really hard to do is the nose. Wow you nailed that! Another thing to make this even better is I would add more and longer eyelashes to her eyes. Just to make them pop a bit more. I also think you could have given the kitten's ears and paws more detail.
